    Question Help With Next Glock?

Well, I am totally in love with my G26 - carry it all day everyday - it just disappears. Just as in love with my G30 which I carry when wearing a bit more clothes or want the comfort of .45acp. I shoot them a few times a week and they are just little accurate monsters.

I'd be happy if these were the only 2 guns I could ever own...

With that said, have some cash saved up and, even though I definitely don't NEED another Glock, I think it might be fun to add another since I love them so much. This decision has been a ridiculously tough one and maybe I'm over thinking it...

So, where should I go next?

Do I get a full size 9mm or .45acp to share ammo or go for another caliber altogether? The Glock 27 and 23 are pretty intriguing as I can get conversion barrels for them - I shot a 10mm the other day and REALLY enjoyed that too, but not sure I would get a lot of use out of it as I use .357mag for trail duties...

I know I dont want .357sig or 45GAP or the super huge target Gocks like the 34...

Also, I like to be able to carry whatever guns I buy - so again this rules out the 34 or 35...

Already have good handguns and revolvers for CCW, HD and the trail so not really in need of filling any specific role... Just diversifying.

Thanks for any guidance and help!

Have you handled a 17 Gen 4? They are sweet pistolas. I have the 22 and it just melts in my hand. Since you have a 26 the 17 would be the perfect companion. Mags interchange, carry the 26 in the summer, the 17 in the winter, and you have 18 rounds for home defense year round.

Since you mentioned no preference either way about the .40 S&W rounds, I took that as not overly interested. I voted G19, concealable and a good range piece too. Pick up a G17 mag or two and you've got a great HD piece also. Still have the advantages of (relatively) inexpensive ammo and choice, the advantages of the lighter 9mm recoil, etc. Now if you want a .40, I'd say G23.

Well, I have five Glocks now...I got them in this order:

The '21' has a an lot of .45 firepower, and with a SureFire x-300 light on it, it becomes a perfect HD weapon.

There's no real order for buying Glocks, they're all great.
I do prefer to stay with just the two calibers...for storage purposes.

As far as Glocks I have the 29SF and 26. I am super, duper happy with both. The 26 disappears under anything I wear, and the 29SF having more than enough power to spare.

a full size 9mm would be nice to have. I have a gen4 26 and gen4 19 and love them both. In hindsight i wish i would have bought the gen4 17 instead of the 19, but eventually I will just have all 3.

I would say get a G23, puts a .40 in your arsenal in the compact variety.

I voted for the 21 since you already have the 36. I can't imagine a better HD pistol than the 21, except for maybe the 20, but then you are getting into a 3rd caliber and unless you reload the 20 can be really inconvenient.

BTW gotta love the Glock haters that always show up in these threads. I am not sure why they bother.
Fear the man with one gun. Especially if that gun is a Glock 19.

I love the 19/23/32 size. When I am not carrying my g36 its a g32. A fantastic size with plenty of rounds on board. I voted 19 because of the price of 9mm ammo.
