Looking to change the sights on my Mil-Spec

Does anyone know of a smith in the DFW area that I can trust to change out the sights on my Springfield Mil-Spec? My old eyes need something a little better than the standard sights.

I hear ya! I am 49 and have been thinking of improving the sights on my RIA 1911 with this set I found at Midwayusa. Trijicon Night Sight Set 1911 Stake-On Narrow Tenon Front and Standard Rear Cut Steel Blue Tritium. Here is the link
Night Sight Set 1911 Stake-On Narrow Tenon Front Standard Rear Cut Steel Blue Tritium. I talked to Trijicon and if you send them your slide, they will stake on the front sight for a very modest amount. NH

I went with TruGlo TFOs and never regretted the decision.

Is it a narrow tenon? Most use the wide tenon, better make sure before you buy.
