    Gander prices are high! But when they have a sale. Look out. I did not purchase but wish I would have. Had a Smith and Wesson 460XVR on sale for $829.00

    Satin Nickel Colt Combat Commander .45ACP, NIB - $230
    .357 Colt Python 6", NIB - $329
    Beretta M84W .380, NIB - $200
    Dan Wesson 8" .44 Mag, NIB - $357

    OK, those were all bought in the '70's...
    Best buy in modern times was an absolutely mint condition LNIB Sig P232 .380 for $200 at a pawn shop, about 4 or 5 years ago.

    Sure wish I had stocked up on those Commanders and Pythons!

    Gander always gets me with their sale flyers. The gun I was putting off for 6 months all of the sudden became a priority.

    I was at a show last weekend and a semi local dealer had a KSG for $1600. About twice MSRP. I sure am glad I'm not one of those me first types.
