Have a Gen2 G27 and never a problem. Very accurate but gets to be a a handful after 60-70 rounds practice.

I'm not worried about shooting. I had a compact 45 just to big for a Ccw, so I'm used to getting my wrist beat up lol

The g27 is a great gun. Mine is a gen3. My wife now carries it as her ccw edc.

I have the Glock 23 and the 27 is next on the list after an AR-15.

[OP] let us know how you like it.

I bought a gen 3 glock 27 last week. I have shot about 250 rounds through it and I love it.

I have the G26 and I love it. Not a Glockaholic but I consider the 26 and 27 to be fine, fine offerings. Glocks are a bit over priced but Glock admits that so really no foul in my book. Look for the book, ‘America’s Gun’: How Did Glock Pistols Become Such An Icon?

Where did you go with Glock before? Just a question. I have my own thoughts as to why many get turned off with the Glock sub-compacts and Glock all together.
    Congrats on your new G27!

I had a Glock 27 (gen 1) a few years ago. It didn't quite fit my hand and extensive shooting actually wore a blister on my trigger finger where it made contact with the frame. I then discovered the Springfield XD sub compact. Similar deminsions as the Glock, but is a perfect fit for me. I don't think I'll be going back.

Haha, we call that "Glock knuckle." I've had a callus there for quite awhile now, and it's quite common among those of us who do heavy shooting/training with Glocks, specifically when doing lots of work in and out of the holster.

    Cheers!

OP: Hope you enjoy your new Glock.

I had a g26 liked the size just not the caliber. Then I purchased a xdm 45 compact it's good bit it is alittle too big and heavy for me to enjoy carrying in Florida. I had 40 cal in the past and liked it so I went with the 27.

The Glock subcompacts are a great gun. I prefer the 9mm myself but a friend has a Glock 27 and he enjoys it.
