Really? It seems like such a small addition in height. What holster do you use?

I have an XD40 4", an XD9sc, an M&P9 Pro 5" and a M&P 40c, so I can't say you would have made a wrong decision walking out wither either gun. I am a big fan of the XD line though. Mine have both been 100% since day one, as have my M&P's.

I have no vested interst in what gun you chose. BUT< I am glad to see another one find a good home.

You should get both in the long run.

Now, if you had said a Glock, you would have been chastised beyond belief. But, for that gun .... it leaves you still in good graces with most people.

I did look at the G26, and the only thing I liked about it was the weight. No offense to Glock lovers, I just have big hands, which did not fit at all. Lol

I too bought a S&W 9c and am so thankful I did. I firmly believe it is light years above glock and XDM which I was also considering.

It is so much easier to get on point than either the xdm or glock for me at least.

They shall come to the "New" Dark side.

Good choice. I have one and love it as well as 8 other people I know who own M&P's.

I've handled an M&P several times, but haven't closed the deal. I keep leaving with XDs instead, lol. I'll get one eventually... Love my XD45c though, carry it all the time.

I have an XDm and a M&P. Prefer the Smith. It does have a better feel. Nice grab.
