Happy with trade... but I did like the G26; that's all!

Fail Zero is part of UCT Arms in Florida. As Casey Stengle used to say," You can look it up!"

Thanks, I knew about UCT Coatings, but thought they were out West for some reason, so when you said it was in Florida I thought there must be some place else doing those coatings. I have a Fail Zero G19 and am wanting to get my G26 done sometime. Thanks, I'm aware of UCT Coatings.

So...why do you think a guy with SWAT training traded you that gun for your G26?

Sounds to me like he got the "better" part of that deal.

Of course, you can always get another G26. That said, I should never part with mine.

As long as you're happy, then cool. But the fact that you even started this thread makes me think you're having doubts...

Send me the gun, I'll take the pics and post them for you.
I'll return the gun as soon as I get around to it...honest!

So long as you are happy with the trade, that is what matters. As I have written before, after a nasty 2nd divorce in the mid 90's, I sold all my guns. Mistake. Now,I cannot see myself selling or trading any guns for any reason. I have a crummy little .25 derringer, never shot it,probably never will, but I keep it,won't trade it or sell it. Only thing I am sure of is I will buy more guns. You cannot have enough guns or ammo.

If you are content our input is not relevant. I love my Gen4 G26. Would I trade it, it depends on the situation. My wife is very accustomed with the idea that I don't sell or trade, just acquire.

Funny. I loved mine to but I came across a Colt .357 with a scope that I just had to have and well, now I am Glockless. Eh, I was looking for a G27 anyway. :)
