    Oh boy: Traded my g26!!

I admit it:traded my G26 for a S&W Distinguished Combat Magnum .357 from a former SWAT guy. loved the 26, but I'm still keeping the G19 which is having thew EXO treatment done on the slide/barrel in Fla. even now. When the 19 gets back, I'm having HeadShot-Tactical Customs, here in Ohio, Duracoat it in a desert tan/coyote tan color. Matt lee did the 26 in OD Green and the SWAT fella thought it was a super job--- so did I, but I just HAD to have the Smith and a brand new one ($800 +) was out of the question. So, do you think I got a good gun in trade, or...? I did toss in a few bucks with my gun, but I still think I got a good deal--- plus, I REALLY just had to have it: y'all know that feeling, I'm sure!

    Good for you. Enjoy!

I still want an S&W .357 of some flavor, but you'll be prying my G26 out of my cold, dead hands!

Don't feel bad, as I said before polymers have no soul and can be replaced. Now lets see the wheel gun!

As long as your happy. That's all that matters. You can always buy another 26 later on. Some deals you just can't pass up on.

I used to say that, but my proven Gen3's with trijicons adjusted just right, smoothed out triggers, and backup springs in storage have taken on new value to me.

Okay, where's the pic of that new wheely!?

I can relate. My G26 is very special. It's the one Tangle calls my "ocean gun " because of my sea water emersion torture test. It shoots very well, and is extremely carriable with all the right attributed that make a good cc piece for me.

Where in Florida did you sent the 19 to get EXO coated? I thought the place that did that was out West somewhere. Give me some particulars... I'd love to send our Glock 26 to have it done.

Are you happy with the trade? Sounds like you are undecided. ( can always get another Glock 26 )
