    Ruger Redhawk

I have a Redhawk with factory style grips but are made of plastic and fit better than factory grips. I would like to find another set or two for my other redhawks. Does anyone know where I can find them?

FYI these are not rubber like hogue or packmayr.

All I can think of - is what I seem to recall seeing in the CDNN catalog - don't have one to hand but seem to remember a page or two of assorted grip options.

    Post Google Search Hogue Grips

Look at their exotic & not the rubber.
Really dress up a Redhawk with a nice set of exotic wood grips. They have quite a few for the Redhawk. Tulipwood Rosewood Kingwood. Going through their site is like a maze though until you get to thousands more pictures of our grips...click on that & then Ruger then Redhawk then click on those thumbnails to see the bigger pics.

Hogue does make a grip for the Redhawk in hard NYLON. Could that be what you have now?

I just noticed on the inside of the grip it says "Tylers tru fit"
I like the hogue style exept the grips make the gun set higher in your hand. Thats why i want the factory style but with a better fit.

If you're wondering why your last post looks sorta funny, it's because I deleted the "Redhawk41" account, which strips off the information in the postbit (location, title, stars, etc) on the left side. I then renamed your "drobison" account to "Redhawk41" and changed the email address to what was listed in the new account. I hope you had the same password on both or you won't be reading this....

If anyone wants their member name changed, please do not start a new account, just shoot me an email or a PM and I can change the name for you. Multiple accounts generally are not allowed on the forum (see rules linked in the blue navigation line at the top of each page).

Tyler tru fit grips in Ivorex. You might be out of luck on those. I don't think they are being made anymore. Try Ebay. They pop up on there every once in a while. There is a pair listed now for a Ruger Bisley.
