$400, nice deal. Was it NIB? Also, have you considered the pinky extension on your mag(s)?

CONGRATS on the new shooter and leather.
I carry my M&P nearly everyday.

Good grab buddy. I've had my 9c for almost 2 years now, with over 2,200 rounds through it w/o a single firearm problem (had 2 fail to fire, but the round was struck perfectly, so looks like bad primers... thats what I get for buying cheap range ammo!). I have mine with me in one form or another 24/7. It is a great carry gun and will serve you well. Enjoy!

    Got mine on me now

You will continue to love it. I have about 750 rounds through mine in the last few months and no a problem yet.

yes NIB, actually came out to $411.xx, sticker was under 4.

Yes I will be getting the extensions. I using the middle sized backstrap.

this is just and "easy" gun, easy to shoot, carry, take down, aim etc.etc. everything about it is "easy"!

Nice choice. M&Ps are very nice guns. I have the 9mm full size and have the .45c in my wish list.
