The Most Interesting Man in the World

So........ I was watching an always great commercial, and I got to thinking. What would the Most Interesting Man in the World carry?

On the one hand, I get the feeling that he isn't so much of a snubbie/j-frame kind of guy. I imagine that his preferred wheelguns are for big game out in the field, or bad guys busting thru his door.

As for autoloaders, the 380 might work for 007, but TMIMITW would rather knock a man out with his steely gaze, then shoot him with a secondary caliber. Of course, the 40s&w is a bit too tactical for his tastes. The 9 and the 45 fit the man and the lifestyle. In the jungles of Burma, or the streets of Rio, something big, heavy, cocked and locked, was by his side. And when dressed and out on the town, something slim and sleek would ride at 4 o'clock.

So........ For 9 mm, maybe Glock 19. I could definitely see a Kahr K9. And the new Beretta Nano seems like a good fit. As for the 45, I really don't know enough about this caliber to make a good guess.

    Just saying.

Obviously a 1911 guy. A1 too, none of this modern beavertail, fancy sight BS.

Or... possibly a Webley Mark IV top break in .455. I could see him being a retro wheelgun guy.

A man with class and distinction would go for a classic 1911, polished blued slide, stainless frame; like this.

Although south of the border his choice may lean towards the Super .38 rather than .45 auto. As to your guesses in 9mm I think a chopped Browning P-35 Hi Power would fit better.

    He would carry a Gyrojet.

Because that's how The Most Interesting Man In The World does things.

Or he would CC a .500 Magnum.

FOR SURE - He would carry a KORTH (Google Korth) and visit their website. Every single part made by hand (for each individual gun) and hand fit - prices used to start at 5 Grand for a basic No Frills Korth revolver or semi-auto. I'm sure they are more expensive now.

If I won the lottery BIG - my first purchases would be a KORTH revolver and semi-auto.

I'm thinking he would carry a custom KORTH revolver made from Stainless Damascus.

    I don't think he'd have to carry a gun.

But if he did it definitely wouldn't be a Glock. It'd probably me something more like a Chiappa Rhino or a classic 1911.

Remember, this guy bowls overhand - I'm thinkin' he'd go bear hunting with a flintlock pistol and only a sharp stick as backup - poor bear
