What are thoughts? Want to stay under 325 or so
If I had to settle on one of those in your list, it would be the Kel Tec PF9. I myself have given them a serious look in the past for reasons of my own.
“A free people ought not only to be armed and disciplined, but they should have sufficient arms and ammunition to maintain a status of independence from any who might attempt to abuse them, which would include their own government.” --George Washington
I would be really leery of any of those guns.
Take a look at a Ruger LC9. Or a Kahr CM9 - lower cost version of the PM9. The CW9 is also an option - lower cost version of the larger P9.
Save up some money, an extra $150-200 gets you into a better class of gun. Or buy used.
The number of people killed because they didn't have "enough gun" is dwarfed by those who had none at all. Get a gun you will always carry, and add more capability as you grow.
From the guns you listed my choice would be the PF9. I also have the XD sub9, and while it is a little thick, it is doable. You might want to look into some different holster options before giving up carrying it. Of all the guns you mentioned the only one I would stake my life on would be the XD.
I'm also not a big fan of the options on your list.
If it's a .380, then LCP
If it's a 9mm, then CM9

"If I walk in the woods, I feel much more comfortable carrying a gun. What if you meet a bear in the woods that's going to attack you? You shoot it."
I use a Remora and love it. Have read many many posts concerning the IWB Crossbreed, most seem to love them also. I pocket carry a Smith and Wesson bodyguard 380 and carry that in a Mika holster.
I carry an XD9 sub-compact as well, and I've looked at the LCP as my most probable "pocket" gun for back-up or the situations where my XD won't be easily concealed. I'm 6', 185lbs and I conceal my XD9 under a t-shirt just fine in a King-Tuk holster. I get a bit of printing but nothing significant.
I too would be leary of all the guns you have listed.
If your budget needs to stay lower go with an LCP or LC9.
"Was there no end to the conspiracy of irrational prejudice against Red Ryder and his peacemaker?"
Revolvers, “more elegant weapons for a more civilized age.”
Look at the CW9 then can be had for $375 to $399 NIB, you could possible find one used for close to what your budget is $325.
