Sweet. Only 15oz unloaded? Heck, the LCR goes 13.5. And you're getting six shots with the Colt.

I really like the old Colt revolvers. Shame they are so pricey in that good a condition. I really want to get one some day. For now I will have to envy yours.

We actually destroyed a Colt King Cobra in Iraq, tried to talk the higher echelon into me bringing it back,"NO" is what i was told, alway's wandered how that gun made it's way there.

    Family Heirlooms

While I was growing up I had an uncle who owned a small gunsmithing business in West Palm Beach. He called me up some time shortly before I was to graduate from high school and made me an offer that I couldn't refuse (or not) - he offered to put me through gunsmithing school and teach me the ropes if I would come down to Florida. Now my uncle was never married and had no children and he had a respectable personal firearms collection, machine shop, etc. Are you putting this together?

Well, I stupidly declined his offer. I have no idea what happened to his gun collection or any of the equipment in his machine shop.

Glad you were able to keep this one in the family, azchevy!

A favorite up in NY with the old timers on the job. Now all you need is a pair of polyester slacks, a sport jacket with wide lapels and a '70's porn star 'stache! Good Luck with that old heater...love it!
