Got the itch, so I ordered a Kahr 380 today. Have been wanting a pocket gun for awhile. My Smith 60 j frame is a wee bit heavy for that. The Smith goes to my father when the Kahr gets here. He's been wanting it for awhile, I think. Don't know much about Kahrs, other than what I've read. It feels all right, is the right size, and has a decent trigger. I guess we'll see.

What the heck is wrong with you.. buying "a" Kahr...
Shoulda bought 2! LOL.
Hell yeah! P380s are awesome!
Glock 23 - CZ 452 ZKM Special - Walther P22
LMT STD 16 - Mossberg 500A - Kahr P380
Henry H001Y - Winchester 12
Smith & Wesson M&P Shield - Mossberg 500B
Marlin 336Y - Kahr MK9 - Kel-Tec KSG
Congrats. I have the CM9 and the KahrTalk forum is pretty good, especially the sticky's on prep, lubing, and other maintenance recommendations. Hope you enjoy. Steve
I really like mine and the proper prep really helped with the break-in. Enjoy!
I sure wish they would make the low cost version of it to go with my cm and cw.
I bought a used K40 without having held or fired any Kahr at all, and am more than just 'pleased' with the decision. This is the only Kahr I have first-hand experience with, but if you're 1/2 as happy with your 380 than you'll be mighty pleased, indeed. The K40 feels like a tiny, wee little gun to me--it's hard to imagine what their even-smaller pistols feel like. In any case--welcome to Club Kahr. Kahr Talk is a pretty good place to hang out, with a great, sensible bunch of folks there who seem more than helpful to the new owner. Best wishes.
