I appologize if this has been asked before but what is your prefered subcompact Glock (G26, G27, G30). I'm considering a new purchase and would like any input that might help.

Wow, I am a majority. I picked 27, I also have a 30, however, I have shot the 27 more and it conceals better. The 27 also share mags and ammo with my 23.

I carry the 27 every day all day with a crossbreed holster and a pierce +2 grip extension. I also carry full sized mags for my spares. Great gun!!

I absolutely love my G30SF. The only difference is that the backstrap is a little smaller than the regular G30. However they use the same mags. You should try one. At least hold it. I love the feel and weight of it...it fits me like a glove and conceals very easily.

I have the 27, but take your pick, they are all great weapons.

I have a G26 "subcompact," and ordered a G30 recently. The G30 is very close to a G19, which is a "compact." I would not consider them to be in the same size class.

The G30 is a belt gun. The G26/27 can fit in a pocket, in the right pants. Two different guns for different roles.

    I vote for the G26.

I would have voted for the G39, but it wasn't an option.

I managed to skip .40 caliber thus far in my armory. It's a fine round, I just never found the need for it.

I love the G26, but the G19 is also quite concealable.

G30SF all the way. Although, even though Glock considers it a subcompact, to me it's clearly in a different dimension and weight class from the G27 & G26. I love my 1911's, but if I could grab only one .45 during a bug out, it'd be the G30.

Your poll left out the G36, 45acp 6+1 and dehorned for easy reholstering.

IMHO it is the best of the best!!!!!!

Oh wait, you said Glock... Sorry!

How about a fine example of a single stack that Glock should have made...

If I have to select one that's a Glock I'll go with the G26...

I have a have a beretta PX4 Compact… it wasn't small enough so i got a gen4 Glock 26 so that I could use the same ammo. I love the 26! It's just the right size to fit inside my pocket if need be. I think the 27 would be a little much if you're going to do a lot of shooting at the range.
God made man……Sam Colt made them equal.

I carry a G27 on a daily basis. My reason is simply that it can use the same magazine as my G22 and I like the .40 round.

IMHO, you can't go wrong with any of them.
