I to have a 20+ year old taurus 85SS that I also cleanne and stoned the parts abit when new. Not a +P model, darn it. But nothing I have ever pulled the trigger on is smoother or lighter for a revolver. I started carry'n semi-autos so it has been a teaching gun for the last 6 years and I put a wolf light weight hammer spring in it to help teach my daughters how to shoot a centerfire cartridge. DON'T do it. It will spoil you for life. 4 1/2da trigger pull now and completely relieable. It has been used by seveal buddies for there CC class's as nether guy were handgun shooters. Both then went out and bought 85's as there CC guns. I hate the new grips taurus use's and replaced my old wood grip years ago with a hogue soft rubber grip. Good old pocket gun.

I like the look of many Taurus revolvers and hate the look of many Smiths.

Those above look good though. We need a close up.

Thanks! As for the all black, i love that, dont get me wrong i like the shiny SS finishes, but if im carrying it, i want the black finish.

As for the poly, i was looking into those, but i would love to find a poly in .357. But yes the poly's are NICE!

Now, i have shot these before, but i gotta get this to the range lol
