Laser for Para double stack
What are the laser options for a para p14-45? And what are the pros and cons for each one?
Am I correct that crimson trace does not sell a laser grip for the double stack? Or will a laser grip for a 1911 fit the para p14 but might make the grip too huge?
What are the disadvantages of having a guide rod laser? I think one is that it will not come on automatically when you grip it? Someone told me that it is not a good idea to have a laser inside the gun as oil from cleaning it might get into the laser system and battery juice will ooze out into our weapon. This can't be true, can it?
What other options for lasers are there?
Thanks guys.

Quote is from website Mike1956 provided. Unfortunately the P14-45 is not a single stack pistol. My situation is even worse; I have ambi levers on my P14-45, and I cannot use a grip laser at all.

I think your only option is going to be a recoil guide laser...

Here is the email I got from Crimson Trace:
""""Good afternoon Paul,
At this time we do not have anything that will fit that model. My best recommendation would be to put in a Future Model Request for the model. We do get periodic requests for this model, and we are continually adding new Lasergrip models to our product line based on customer demand.
We do record "Future Model Requests" and submit our findings to our design team quarterly for review. We encourage you to add your vote to what you would like to see Crimson Trace develop in the future, please use our "Future Model Request" form located here: The Industry Leader in Laser Sights for Guns | Crimson Trace Lasergrips, under the “Request New Models” Tab.""""""
So anyone with a P14 or P14 limited, please go to the website and fill in the form. Maybe we can get the numbers and they will start production.
