Added a new member to my family

Today I was out and about and stopped in my favorite gun shop. Its a rather busy place, multiple salesmen and I did not care much for the sales guy but I had to have a look. First I looked at a Kimber Solo. I had looked at it online adn thought about it but the price did not appeal and it did not look as "sexy" to me in person. Next was a Smith and Wesson M&P 15 .22 I thought aboug for fun, but I do not know much about the platform and the guy surely was not helping me in figuring it out so I looked at some Mossburg shotguns, na not really needing one of those. Next was the Sig P238 (my timeline is off since that is the first thing I looked at and handeled) and I liked it, and being that I like my P250 I decided to add it to the family. Iv always been a Glock guy, but looks like I am moving to the Sig side. I hope to get out Monday and shoot it. It came with a laser and a small holster and feels like it will just slide away when I holster it in a real holster.

Just ordered a Crossbreed Mini-tuck for this fine weapon. Will make carrying it like not carrying at all.

Congrats! I think you would have really enjoyed the M&P 15-22 too. Any new gun is fun to add to the family.

Im sure I would have, but the sale guy did not seem to helpful and I have no knowledge of the platform.

Having both the 250 and the 238, I find myself reaching for the 238 when I want something to carry and as a bedside gun. I ordered a Crossbreed Mini-tuck for it and ordered the option to allow for it to be carried with the laser, Crossbreed assured me it would carry fine w/o the laser as well. I love it so far.
