    Correction - over-beaten-to-death argument LOL!

We have a ''9mm vs 45'' thread which was started almost in jest but went on for a great many pages. Do read thru that if you wish.

I really doubt we need to rehash the stuff again even tho it's an old cherry

.40 period. The most versitle round IMO (out of your choices).

EDIT: Now if you added .357 on the other hand...

    Me, too.... I have a .45ACP. I have a 9x19. I have a 9x18Mak. I have a .38Spl. I had a .40S&W...didn't really float my boat...but I'd probably buy another... I'm much better with the .45 or the 9mm's.

If the rounds are put where the rounds should be, they will all work. If I know there's gonna be trouble, I'll stay away (1st choice) or take a shotty or rifle. Yes, I feel as under-gunned with a .45 as I do with a 9mm.

    Mmmmmmmm...

I've heard this question...about once every month on 4-5 different web sites...but...there are many questions in life that are asked over and over again.
I'll just go with my 9mm's...

    If it's not a 45acp, it's a 9mm.

    I don't see 40 around as much as 9mm.
