    Getting a new Glock today.

Right now I don't have any Glocks. I have decided that I need one. I also don't have a 40 S&W. The 40 has never been a favorite to me but I think I need to get one again anyway. So I guess the first choice for me will be a G23. That way I can carry it and also have a great time at the range with it. I will repost later today if I end up getting one. Hope this is going to be a good choice for me.

you'll have to get the conversion barrels for 9mm and .357 sig, then you'll have 3 guns in 1

When my kids say the need something, I usually tell them that they "want" it not "need" it.

But you're talking about guns so carry on!

G23 is quite a good gun. I've shot my buddy's 23 a few times but like the lower recoil and amazing accuracy of the .357 SIG over his .40 caliber.

I'm still wanting to handle a Gen 4 G32 one of these days.

Glock 357s or any .357 SIGs are pretty rare in our local Guns Shops.

As said. The G23 will allow you to go to .357 or 9mm as well.

I've also got the glock 23....great shooting..I love the way it breaks down and is easy to clean...shoots great...never had a ftf or stovepipe....it's just a tank to shoot....plus..easy to wear under the shirt.....you'll love it....it's a bit more snappy than say the 1911...but it's a good shooter...

    Thumbs up

I have many glocks and Im getting a 23 today myself. I had one and traded to a friend (too good a deal for me) but its a great shoooting gun as well as carry and as everyone has said you can get a 357 sig barrel. I carry the 33 for its size and power.

Be careful though. Glocks are like Pringles....once you pop, you can't stop.

Well I did get a G23 and I put 250 flawless rounds through it. I got a 3rd gen 23 with standard sights. I will have to invest in some night sights. It shoots point of aim but not as accurate as my 1911's. I think this will make a nice carry gun. I will post picks later on tonight when I can use my computer.

My first Glock was a 40. G22. Absolutely the most reliable firearm I have experienced. Love it.

You can do all kinds of wonderful things to a Glock's trigger and recoil springs these days
to wring the accuracy out of your gun.

Good to see that you landed a nice Glock. Any plans for a .357 barrel now?

Yes I am also going to get a 357 barrel. I still have some 357 SIG ammo sitting in my safe.
