    New Glock 26 Owner

Well I went in trying to put a XDM Compact 9mm since I already had a XDM full size. Well the guy saw my fire department hat and told me about Glocks program for the LEO/military/fire service. So I went with the $435 price tag versuses the $599 price tag. Not a hard choice. Don't have it yet it needs to be ordered so soon. I can buy a lot of stuff for what I saved and Glocks are good guns.

Yep, they're a fine weapon! I've had mine a couple of years now. BTW. Would you know the easiest way to determine what generation they are?

As far as I am concerned the G26 is the perfect blend of scalable, concealable and shootable firepower.

I agree with Rollo! While I would like to carry a 45 acp all of the time, it seems like I mostly carry my G26; reliable, user friendly, easy conceal, and mine is oh so accurate with 147 gr ammo. Congrats on your choice, I'm betting you'll be happy with it.
Chose a weapon that goes bang EVERY time!

Carry a Glock 26 in a smartcarry everyday. Great Firearm.
    You will be happy.

Enjoy your G26, I hope you find yours as accurate as I found my G26 (which is to say, excellent). If not...well as I discovered, the trade in rate for Glocks is very good. Either way you can't go wrong.

An intruder will be incapacitated by tear gas or oven spray, but if shot with a .357 Magnum will get angry and kill you.

I've got one Gen 3 serial number RBL001!!! Love the weapon as a 9mm, I have to wear a suit to work and I always wear modern fitted suits. With the Crossbreed Super Tuck it's gone! no one knows it's there. I also got a G36 and use the same holster and it's a little bigger but not by much.
