A gun shop 'worth its salt' would find one for a respected customer...I'm just sayin'...

An intruder will be incapacitated by tear gas or oven spray, but if shot with a .357 Magnum will get angry and kill you.

i am very pleased with my &W M60 3". 5 shot also weigh in at 23 ounces--easy to carry and quite accurate with adj sites.

nice to see a resurgance of 3" revolvers. seems about $100 less for the ruger ( used makes the difference) and 5 ounces more.

I shot the 2.25" SP101 .375 version yesterday with .38sp and was really happy with how easy it was to get a nice group of shots, and figure it will be even better with a 3". I'm an inexperienced shooter too so I have to give a lot of credit to the gun!

Love my 3.06" SP101 .357... but if you can't find one you might consider going with one of the new 4.2" versions. Those look sweet... have adjustable sights too... which is nice.

when it has to be concelled, a 3" j-frame revolver has the same height and length as a 4" commander style 1911.

but make it a 4" barrel and you have the area of a full size 1911.
depending on how you carry it, that additional inch may well make a big difference.

You might check with Beech Grove Firearms in Beech Grove, Indiana (just south of Indianapolis) at 317-791-2725 I think they had one a week or two ago. A phone call is cheap so call them. They have good prices too relative to this area. Good hunting for your revolver.

When I bought mine 2 months ago, my LGS had 3 or 4 in the cabinet. When I was in over the weekend, there wasn't a Ruger in sight. Your best bet is going to just pick up the phone and call every LGS you can find. Someone will have one, or be able to find one for you. Good choice for your wheelgun by the way, you'll love it!
