I just returned from the range to break in the new Kahr P380 and was very happy! After bringing it home from the LGS, I took it apart and cleaned w/Gunzilla. The slide was only "slingshotted" 5 or 6 times. Husband and I tried 5 different brands of range ammo including WWB, Independence and Blazer Brass and after 60-70 rounds, only one failure to feed occured (that was with the Gold Dots). That might have been shooter error (me limpwristing). I also shot what I had available of Gold Dot and Federal Hydra-Shocks and all ammo fed and shot without incident except for the above-mentioned round. We shot it along with our LCPs and what a difference! Still love the Elsie but sights, trigger and general ergonomics were superior in the Kahr (as is the price). Very happy so far but have more shooting to do....yahoo!

I find the recoil to be easy and the accuracy to be excellent. I shoot this better then many of my larger guns. Also about the tiniest gun around.
I love mine. One of my favorite guns, and the one I seem to pick up as I'm walking out the door. The only ammo mine wouldn't take is fiocci. 'only thing I could get when I bought it'. It has ran everything else so far. It loves Winchester White box ammo. Good luck with yours. I'm probably going to have to buy another because my girlfriend has her eye on mine.
I love mine too. I bought one just a few months after they came out, so I've run probably 1300+ rounds through it. I should shoot it more. I think it's the best .380 on the market. Mine particularly likes Remington Golden Sabre 102gr ammo. All Kahr guns are quite accurate.
You won't be disappointed. But I like the lower recoil of the 9mm versions. With good ammo they get the job done fine.
I love my Kahrs as well. Out of 3 CCW guns in rotation (according to the outfits I wear), 2 are Kahrs (PM9 & P380). Very accurate and I have no issues. Had the pm9 first and decided to get a smaller version for summer carry. Since I have been training with the pm9 and my muscle memory is set to that pistol, getting a smaller version was a no brainer. I initially was going to get a Sig p238 for summer carry and glad I didn't.

Smith & Wesson M&P Shield - Mossberg 500B
Marlin 336Y - Kahr MK9
If a person is willing to take a little bit of time to break in a Kahr, they'll find they have a very accurate, reliable and ergonomically friendly gun. Unfortunately too many people want immediate perfection. Congrats on your new Kahr.

Hello, I'm new to site. Just purchased CW40 and put 200 rounds through it today. Not one problem, very easy to shoot, I love this pistol.
I really like my Kahr as well, although I have he pm9. It eats everything I feed. I did have some trouble with peening, but Kahr took care of me. Nice gun. Congrats
