IMO the post says"SUB" compact 45. I would the XDS 45. Nice slim easy to carry.Small like a 380/9mm. If I wanted round count I would get a "Compact" 45 like a Glock 30 sf. IMO the 36 is larger and only 1 more. The Xds I carry with the 5 in the mag and 2_ 7rd mag = 20 rounds of 45 acp. If need more rounds imo you can't get a sub compact in 45?? My xds has been flawless but only 400 rd FMJ and 40 JHP. I had to get use to round count. I use to CC a G27 =32 rds 40SW. But so easy to carry the XDS. I still CC my G23 when I wear a jacket. JMO

Another vote here for the XDs. My decision when I was searching for a sub-compact was that it should be a single stack. Something like a Glock 26/27/30,M&Pc/XDsc, etc didn't necessarily give me any more concealment advantage over a compact/FS pistol (like my XD9), due to the thickness. Given that fact, I feel that if I'm giving up capacity by going single stack, it ought to be balanced with a larger round (JMO, YMMV).

Also, very nice pic, uudl. I'm curious, who makes your holster? That's precisely the IWB I'm looking for (offset clip, not low riding, leather).

The holster is made by ETW Holsters, Model #XDS45006E. It was very tight when I first got it, but after some break in, it was fine. I got mine off of ebay for a good price.
