I Love Glocks Military Discounts! $398 is a dang good price

I'm sure a lot of you are familiar, but if not I thought I'd let you know about glock's LE discounts, which they extend to alot of people. Law Enforcement, Security Personnel, Military (Active, Retired, Reserve, National Guard) and EMT's and Firefighters all qualify (just to name a few).

If you qualify you can contact Glock for details on where to get one at this price. There may be a local dealer near by or you may need to order directly from Glock.

I really appreciate this level of support from company like Glock. Do any other manufactures offer such significant discounts to such a wide array of groups?

    Thanks!
    Clay

I took advantage of that deal. They call it the blue box special. I bought a 19 gen 4. You also get 3 mags instead of just the standard 2.

Multi-year memberships in GSSF also entitle one blue label buy per year, with a $25 add-on fee. A Gen4 19 cost me $452 out the door a couple months ago.

Guess I'd better start looking into joining GSSF!

ETA: Of course, by the time I have been a multi-year member, I may already have bought all the Glocks I want. I have never been long on patience!

I joined initially to be able to take the Armorer's Course, and then found out about the blue label coupon later.

Buds had NIB .357SIG OD Green Glocks on closeout back in 2010 for $398. Needless to say I am the proud owner of a couple of OD Green .357SIG Glocks....and I ain't even LEO or any other first responder.

As a volunteer fire fighter, the Blue Label program was the reason why I could afford my Gen 4 Glock 17. When I'm able to buy the Gen 4 Glock 26, I'll be driving the 140 miles (one-way) to get it. It'll be a day trip for the family or a stop on the way to visit friends.

To EMTs also? Wow, I wish I knew that a few months ago. I understand my LGS is a business and trying to make money but darn. Any idea if Glock will honor a discount on a purchase less than a year old? Can I call them?

Both the LE/Mil and GSSF deals sound freaking awesome!

Just wish I like Glocks as much as some other guns...I acknowledge that they're great guns just not great for me (my fat hands don't fit good with the 19 :( )

At the Glock website, put in your zip at the 'dealer/range locator', then click on the 'LE dealers' and you should be able to get the info you need.

    I doubt it.

Sure you can call them, I 've called several times, so far I've found the people there to be both friendly and helpful.

Yes, not all "dealers" will honor the discount.
