I have muscle memory on the .45ACP since Africa, 5 decades back. I carried plastic for a while, but I won't leavce home without this very often. Preference.

The holster is a custom build from UBG holsters. The workmanship is incredible, the details well thought out, and the utility is par with anything you can order. Mine is the Canute (it has a body shield), made with shark trim. I'm also considering Kydex from Rogers- I have several of his products for shotguns and a Springfield XDsc I have since sold.

I too was not a fan, but the package (technical) overcame my doubts. The color scheme is growing on me.

Yeah, I dont like "all" FDE guns, I like the FDE with black controls/grips to break up the tan.

Very nice looking pistol! I've been drooling over one of these for a while. How do you like that flat trigger? I've heard it's a good addition, but what are your thoughts?
