Whoa! Very nice! I would love a set like that but I'm sure they are a pretty penny. I'm ordering the inserts for now but I do have plans for full woods grips as well.

Chig grips on mine love them super great service ad very quick to send when ordered, like next day fast. XS standard size big dot should be here tomorrow and on the wheelie by Tuesday night. Yay me!!!!!

Close to 50% of the time I carry a SP101 in a Simply Rugged OWB.

My other carry guns are smaller and lighter but the Simply Rugged is the most comfortable holster I have. Weight doesn't become much of an issue do to good balance.

I carry a 2 1/4" DAO SP101 on a regular basis in a Milt Sparks VM2. Fantastic gun with a fantastic holster. My preference for ammunition is magnum on the heavier end of the scale. I am currently using 158 grain Hydrashoks, mostly because that is what I could find in stock last time I was shopping .357 Magnum defensive ammunition.

Over the last 25 years I have owned 7-8 but NEVER carried them. It is a great house/car/range gun but too heavy for carry. For pocket I carry a J frame, for belt a K frame.

I've been carrying my SP101 ever since I bought it! I'm using an Uncle mikes soft holster for AIWB but I'm still looking for a nice leather OWB holster. I dont mind open carry, especially with such a nice looking gun. I find carrying mt SP101 AIWB just as easy as my P238, strange but I never would have guessed it.

I've been carrying a 3" around for about nine months now. A lot of people tried to talk me out of it in favor of staying with a G19, but I like the SP101 better. I use a 1.5" gun belt and a Simply Rugged Silver Dollar Pancake holster around 3 o'clock, and it isn't uncomfortable at all. The weight isn't all in one spot. It does creak though. I'm happy with the setup. I'll try to get a pic up.

I ordered the same holster today after spending about 3 hours researching holsters for the SP. I ordered an SP101, with 3 inch barrel today. I am amazed at how hard these revolvers are to find--looking forward to getting it in and out to the range!

Ran my 3" for the first time yesterday.. Like a dream. I even bought a cheap uncle mikes iwb to try and carry it, felt very comfortable. The .357 loads handled just as we'll as the .38sp loads I put in. This gun so far has really lived up to what every one has said on here.
