    I'm kidding.
Some may not know: Jerry Miculek is a world class revolver shooter, somehow tied into Smith & Wesson, who worked with them to design this gun, I guess it's like his own that he uses for competition.

For loading/unloading the moon clips, check this out:

    BMT Equipped, Inc.

I had this: Deluxe Moon Clip Tool (still have it, but it's collecting dust), but when I saw the bmt item, I just had to get it. Glad I did.

How odd I should read this right now - I just got the BMT in the mail!

Can't use it until I shoot to try it and the gun is with Alessi Holsters which is in my area, they're using my actual gun as the mold to make my holster. But I saw a video, looks like it takes a few second to load and extract - THAT will be a blessing. And I'll have the holster next week.

Give you all a report when I use the BMT

And that means finding bargains. (Except Colt Pythons of course - which now cost more than your house. I got one test-fired only that had been in to have a loose screw internally replaced at Gander Mtn. Colt took a long time sending the original part, and the owner, sick of waiting, sold it to Gander for next to nothing. A FOOL! They got the screw, put in and sold it for $499. That was 4 1/2 years ago. I saw it 30 min after it had been put out. Never did a credit card fly out of a wallet faster than mine.)
(The light spot on grip is in the photo, not the grip itself.) I don't Carry this much, Nickle is a finish, thin, can't polish scratches out well.

That was a great find. I'll stumble on to one some day

I saw him shoot during a demonstration about 20 years ago. He could make a 6 shot revolver sound full auto. Seriously. The things I saw him do with a pistol are unimaginable. This video is certainly throttled on his speed.

    Much Thanks All:

Thanks everyone for their kind comments.

I've been Carrying the gun regularly to get used to it: with my "rig": Alessi holster (they make them in my area) custom made for that gun, they used it for the mold, it fits like a glove, then a sharkskin, thick belt and a pair of those Perry Suspenders I mentioned - with all that the gun feels a good pound lighter and it feels glued to my body with that holster, no movement whatsoever and I walk a lot, but no "bounce" at all.

I'll end up Carrying it some of the time, (it is still a big hunker of a gun, rig or not).

I really like the BMT Moonclip extractor and loader, now I can shoot the gun more that I can use that, takes seconds to use - it's worth the $80 (though it's just two pieces of plastic).

Really nice "find" - I always wanted a .45 revolver. Very happy with it - and boy, is it accurate!
