Ive considered this as well. I would like to retain the stock finish on the grip. The grip is the part that prints for me. I am debating the 26/19.
Very nice work!
I wouldn't trust that conversion barrel for defensive use.
Based on what? I have no experience with "chopped" versions, but I had a G23 that I gave to a friend, and he put a 9mm bbl in it about 7 years ago. It has digested thousands of rounds of 9mm without a single hiccup, under any conditions. I have never heard of any of the "top tier" conversions having any sort of habitual or endemic issues - quite the opposite, in fact. Is there a body of evidence that I am missing that suggests that conversion bbls make Glocks unreliable?
lsbbigdog - I am very interested in having some work done by you, but am confused on one point... Why is it more expensive to cerakote a "complete handgun" as a single unit than it is to do the slide and frame separately? From your price list:
Complete handgun (barrel not included) $185
Handgun frame $85
Handgun slide $65
I noticed the same holds true for ARs - the upper and lower separately is less expensive than the complete rifle as one unit. Just curious.
Small parts?

Here's a chopped Glock 17 to fit the Glock 19 mags. A local gun store does it and they cerakote as well.

They also do the stippling as well.

If GLOCKs had been around when Michelangelo was carving on stuff, they'd look a lot like that G19L. I think GLOCKs are Playdough for (semi) grown-ups. Too MUCH fun!
I guess I should update website "stripped" upper or lower
