    On a mouse gun kick

For whatever reasons, I've been on a total mousegun kick as of late. I've been carrying my kahr p380 or my my naa black widow, and I just ordered the tiny kel-tec p32. I scoured the web and found a park'd version for under 200 including shipping. A fully loaded the P32 is 30% lighter then the p380 and holds one more round. I vaguely found that if I'm lounging at home in athletic shorts, then even the tiny p380 flops around. I figure that the p32 will be like carrying nothing. Looking at multiple websites and expansion tests, it seems that in terms of penetration and expansion, even thru 2 layers of denim and ballistics gel, the 32 and 380 are closer together then they are apart. All that rationalization aside, I just wanted another gun. Plus I think the wife might one day be convinced to carry this thing around.

What's bad is that now I really really want a seecamp 32 now. Let's see, i can save on FFL fees if i buy two at once... When will it ever end?

When will it ever end? When you need a gun in a gunfight.

    Lightbulb

Mr UK with the jokes? It reminds me of a time I went down to the Lexington campus. There were a dozen students standing around the freshman dorm, looking at a light bulb. I asked them, "Geez, how many freshman does it take to change a light bulb?" "None, they said. It's a sophomore level class."

    I kid, I kid. :)

you would find that many that advocate nothing less than a service caliber weapon for self defense would agree with you on the above point.

Do you realize how much trouble you will be in with the cat, when it finds out you've been giving the mouse a gun?

    P32 makes a nice BUG.
As to what you should buy? Buy whatever you want. Personally, if I had more money, I'd have more guns.

Are you in the service? I take it you carry a rifle around everywhere you go? After all, a measly handgun is a poor substitute for a real gun.

All kidding aside, a .32 pistol is a whole lot better than nothing.
The more good folks carry guns, the fewer shots the crazies can get off.

I am all for guns that are carried, no matter what the caliber. Its sometimes a matter of want, not need... or at least thats what i tell myself. Boobs come in all sizes also, and the small ones are just as nice as the x-large ones

I love my Seecamp 32. When nothing else conceals when I'm dressed up, the Seecamp shines

Good pick KSP.. the P32 is a nice pocket pistol. I'm looking at buying one as well, since i broke my shooting hand and sprained that same wrist like 4 times, recoil is an issue for me.. and i can much better perform follow up shots and hit accurately with a lighter hitting bullet.. as opposed to shooting a tiny 380 and hitting nothing.

Can I ask where you found the parkerized P32 at such a good price?

    Ahem...excuse me...what is a mousegun?
It may be that your sole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.
