They shoot as good as a 75B at normal defensive distances.

Lately, I've been carrying my CZ 2075 RAMI BD, absolutely love it! I do wish CZ would produce the RAMI BD in 357Sig! I know I'm being picky, but having spent most of my time shooting Sigs, I'm not a fan of external safeties.

Yes, a BD in .357 SIG would Rock!.
Years ago I bought a 9mm barrel from a guy who had Nowlin ream it out for .357 SIG.
I couldn't afford a .40 RAMI for a while.. so eventually sold the barrel.
It was a nice dream back then..
These days you can probably ask CZ Custom for the same work.
Double Tap's hot 9mm loads are nice,
but are still not equal to the .357 SIG
that I adore.
In retrospect, given my 10 year history of EDC of a RAMI or RAMI P (last year or so).
My next CZ after the forthcoming P-09 Duty will be a RAMI BD.
The very safe Decocker, and much needed Factory Nites make it a real winner in my book.
Add some Haken Pek or Marschal's grips and you have a real CZexy Beast!

Clarkston-Cz, you will absolutely LOVE the BD! Mine is easily one of the 2 most accurate pistols I own. The other being my P229 357 Sig. The thing is a laser! Honestly, it is scary accurate when I do my part. I've shot CZs since I bought my first, a CZ 85, back as a young captain in Germany in 1988. I was impressed with the quality then and am even more impressed now after having carried my BD for a little over a year!
Personally, I think if CZ would put out a BD in 357 Sig, they'd have a huge hit! If that were the case, I could see myself carrying only the BD!

Yes, they have been playing around with the .357 auto for a few years now.
Unlike the .45 GAP project of year past, they have plenty of S&B .357 SIG for testing guns.
That said.
Other than the USA- there is very little demand for .357 SIG guns, and CZUB thinks on a global scale.
They are way to busy with cranking out P-07 Duty and other pistols for military contracts.
I'll get that BD in 2013!

Since I can't find a PCR or a Compact 75D I think I'll be getting a P07 after christmas. Would love a subcompact CZ, but I don't like the RAMI's either.
Do they still make the Polymer RAMI anymore? I remember there being issues with the frame bulging.

No, they discontinued them in 2011.

I'd ask for them to check for any bulges though.
Mine has been perfect in every way but it's also been tuned by CZ-USA.
The RAMI P is about 5 ounces less than my alloy model.
I can feel the difference on my bad back if I carry the RAMI.
Both are splendid, and could only be better if in .357 SIG.
I'd NOT buy a RAMI in.40 unless the guy would stand behind it.
