Hello !!
I am argentine and in my country have three guns manufacturers. They are: Bersa, FM (Fabicaciones Militares) y Rexio.
Bersa is exporting to USA. Some "Bersa" are called "FireStorm".
Do you think? Are goods? Or Are Bads?

The bersa thunder .380 I own does not like hollow points.
I've owned several Bersa Thunder .380 as well as a Firestorm .40 caliber. All have been 100% reliable. While the finish is not in the same standards as S&W, Colt, CZ, they are definitely worth the money you pay for them.

I have several Bersas, and while their finishes are not equal to what they were back in the early '90's (gorgeous blue), they are still very good guns.
Prices have gone up quite a bit in the last couple of years, putting them very close to larger competitors here in the U.S., so they are not the value
they were five years ago.
Kimbers are the guns you show your friends....Glocks are the ones you show your enemies.
Love my Bersa. I'd actually compare it to a slighlty not so nice Sig...Like a Buick vs. a Chevy.

Kudos to Bersa
My wife has a Bersa Firestorm .380. The finish on the internals isn't great. She has had a few FTEs, but they were due to limp wristing, not the gun. Spot-on accuracy.

A number of people here, on DefensiveCarry, report having the Bersa Thunder Ultra Carry Pro and loving it for its utter reliability and accuracy.

I dont think I have been in a single gun store that didnt have a Bersa Thunder sitting on the shelves.
They must be doing something right.

Bersa guns are good weapons.
Some people will start trouble and then try to make it look like its your fault....

The reviews I have read over the past two years have all been positive re. the Bersa handgun. Sold mine because I found it to be a little too big for pocket carry, but never had any trouble with it. For the price-- even if it has gone up a bit-- it is hard to beat Bersa ( mine was a .380).![]()
