I bet the new one went in the display case as soon as you walked out the door.

I own several XD's, and the triggers are different on EVERY one ranging from very nice, to mushy overtravel junk....and for a mere $150 you can get a trigger job at the
Springfield Custom Shop to make it like it should have come from the factory. Say What?

All my M&P's are pretty good right out of the box....but if you want heaven, you can install
the Apex trigger system....for a couple hundred bucks. Huh???

...but if you want a consistent trigger from model to model to model that breaks like glass the same each and every time with no additional customizing or cost--

Last night I ordered a Powder River Precision drop-in trigger kit for the XD subcompact. I've heard so many good things about these kits and will for sure let you guys know the results. I'm having it priority shipped so I can hopefully do the install over the weekend and take it to the range next week.

I've heard good things about the Apex trigger. I put one on my S&W Airweight and couldn't be happier with the difference.
