Anyone have a Sig 220 Carry in 45acp?
I just purchased one and it should be here next week.
Curious how you like it?
How you carry it CCW?
Any and all info would be helpful, thanks

Great firearm for carry. I love it. I carry mine OWB behind the hip in a custom Matt DelFatti holster that features a strong forward cant. I always use a good stiff 1.5" gun belt. (very important with OWB carry)
Sometimes I carry Colt Combat Commander and I love both & both function flawlessly.

I run a 245 sometimes, love it! Very accurate and easy to control, reliable as you'd expect. I carry it in a CBST, hides great.
I don't have the Carry, but I love my full size P220. It carries very well OWB, and it can disappear in a good IWB. The smaller Carry should be even better.
It is one of the best pistols made. Enjoy it.

My P220 carry is the sas version. The gun is great after getting the correct trigger bar spring in it (I bought the gun used and someone had screwed up on trigger bar spring installation). It conceals excellently in the holster shown which is a Ryan grizzle RNR built with 0 cant for appendix carry. Accuracy us unmatched by any other 45 acp that i've fired. And, it's a good looking gun, and even though that has no merit for self defense.
Mine has fed any and all ammo flawlessly, but really seems to do well with pdx1 ammo for defensive rounds. Recoil is very manageable, muzzle flash is minimal, and accuracy is great.
(since the spring issue has been fixed thanks to help from forum members) I couldn't be happier with the gun, and definitely recommend it for concealed carry.

I have a full size Elite Dark. Carries just fine in a VMII.
Pictures? Pics of your carry setup?
I have a full size P220 that's carry in a BladeTech Nano - NANO IWB :: Competition Series Products :: Blade-Tech Industries
Conceals well and is easy to carry.
I have two Sig P220 Carrys...... One is the railed version and the other is a Gen 2 SAS. They are my edc's. I alternate carrying them. First I will tell you that there are smaller, lighter pistols to carry. But if you want to carry a 45acp pistol and don't want to carry a 1911.....then you are going to love the Sig. Hopefully you have held and shot one already..... It is similar in size to a Commander size 1911 although it is a few ounces heavier. My railed version has over 3,000 rounds through it without a single failure of any kind. Obviously I love my Sigs and think you will to....
It's not a difficult firearm to conceal at all.

:)
I've been drooling over the Sig P220 SAO at Bud's. I will probably have to pick one up after I finish paying for my Bersa BP9CC.
My P-220R Carry SAO is one of my favorite handguns. Carries well IWB in a SuperTuck.
