I own a Kahr P380 and I had the same problem when I accidentally bought aluminum casings instead of brass. I was attending a tactical class and bought the ammo at the range. Nothing really wrong with this ammo but the Kahr does not like it. The casings would not eject and they wouldn't feed into the chamber. I think the edge of the casing was jamming. Very frustrating. Try some with brass casings and I think you will see a real difference....
PS. The Kahr is a magnificent little piece
