Looking at picking up a small thin 9mm. I think I am down to the Beretta Nano or the M&P Shield. What are your thoughts? Am I missing any (not interested in PF-9).

how about a Kahr CW9? I love mine, carry's well and shoots well
True. Probably one I will consider also.
The Taurus 709 is pretty thin, pretty small and easy to conceal. Some love this gun others don't like a Taurus at all.

I really enjoy my kahr cm9. Im a thinner framed guy and its easy to conceal. My brother has the nano and says it feels awkward in his hand. Try to get your hands on each option your considering and go from there. Im sure you already know all this. Good luck!
Kahr!

M&P Doc- Just ask.
I'd recommend the Walther PPS as well. Excellent choice for a slim IWB 9mm, and shoots like a bigger gun than it is.
Another vote to check out the Kahr. Love mine!

I just picked up a CW9 yesterday, have not had a chance to put any rounds thru it yet, but I can say it feels real nice in my hand, like the rather long but smooth trigger pull and it is easier to conceal than my G19. All the reviews I read say it shoots well, looking forward to getting it at the range shortly.

I love my SR9c, I believe it is only a shade over an inch think at it's widest, and that's accross the ambidextrous thumb safety.
The option of carrying with the 10 shot mag, or slapping in the 17 round mag at the range/for the nightstand was attractive to me as well. The latter also effectively turns it it into an SR9, with a full size grip. 500 rounds through mine without a single hiccup.
Respectfully,
Sam

I'm sure I'm forgetting some...
Really though, I would counsel you to look really hard at either a Glock 26, or a snubbie revolver (if you want less carry weight). I'm just not a fan of the current rage of thin 9mms. The baby Glocks have grips that are shorter than most of the single stack pistols, and the grip is what prints. The slightly thicker grip allows you greater mag capacity as well.

Bersa BP9CC please do yourself a favor and check it out. It's an outstanding pistol. I absolutely love it and have shot the crap out of it without any problems. They are moving very well at our shop.
This is my BP9CC in my IWB holster by SHTFgear.com and it has zero print when used. It's a single stack 9mm btw 8+1.
