Largest I ever carried was a CZ97b. But I tended to lean to the left and walk in circles.

Largest I carry now is a Glock 17 IWB. No more lean or circle walking!

Most of the time it's the LC9 in a pocket or paddle holster. But depending on what and where I'm going I will carry my LCP or my SR40C. I never feel that any of these guns wouldn't do the job

Normally I carry a H&K USP(c)40. However, depending on mood and scheduled events, I often carry a 3.5" M27 in an OWB G. Wm Davis holster, strong side. I've often carried a Government Model or Commander in .45 ACP. For fancy dress up, I have a 2nd Model Hand Ejector in .44 Special.

Carrying an N frame revolver is not such a daunting task with good belts and holsters and a jacket. From there, most other handguns are easier.

"If" I carried it would be a 9mm in a OWB holster at about 1600 or 1630. Don't get me wrong I love the 45acp but for now I am 45less.
