I like full sized handguns for carry but, I don't think that would be very practical on a daily basis. I don't know what you do for a living so I will only say that if it is at all physical, consider how that gun will impact your daily activities. It may just be a great gun and a great round but, if it isn't physically practical for your lifestyle, it just won't work.
So, it doesn't really matter what any of us think. If you think you can make it work, go for it.
Just don't blame us for the backache!
*WARNING - I may or may not know what I am talking about.
It's not for me, of course with hip and back problems a slingshot is getting to be a bit much.

You sound like a man who has made up his mind. I say more power to you, and good luck with your choice. Personally, I have only seen the Desert Eagle open carried, so I am assuming that you will put your creative powers to use for concealed carry.
Is that a Desert Eagle in your pants or are you happy to see me?
Appendix carry would be a hoot!:):):):)

I would not recommend a ThunderCarry.

I would open carry that gun, but concealed carry just seems a little bit ridiculous. Maybe an OWB holster with a large jacket to cover it.

I'm sure it's possible, but I think it would be a bit on the heavy side. It's obviously huge, so there's that. Plus it doesn't hold many rounds.
If you want to tote it, why do you care what others think?
