    No they are not.

Some are for target shooting, being longer and beefier and they stick out more.

Others are for concealed carry, being shorter and less likely to hang up.

The "ultra carry"should work for concealed carry purposes.

There are a multitude of manufactures for these things...they all have their advantages and disadvantages...and it basically comes down to whateever you decide to like...

1911 shaft pin size fairly standard

I believe the slide stop shaft pin is fairly standard on all 1911s. I have 3,4,and 5 inch 1911s and have sometimes switched slide stops of three different brands - Colt, Kimber and Wilson, and they all seem to work on all the guns.

As mentioned above, the thumb lever can vary from short to extended, however.

I've only heard that caliber sometimes makes a difference on the slide stop, not differences among different makes in the same caliber.

Pin diameter will make a difference depending on how the barrel in the gun is fit. Generally an “oversized” pin will be about 0.200” and on guns with stock barrels a 0.200" pin diameter can help minimize play in the barrel hood. Caliber will make a difference and determine essentially how large to lobe needs to be.

As for an extended slide stop if this is to be used on a carry gun it I would strongly recommend you rethink it.
