Nice work.
In any moment of decision, the best thing you can do is the right thing, the next best thing is the wrong thing, and the worst thing you can do is nothing.

Very nice work. I wish I had the equipment to do that.

Now I'm gonna have to tear my TRP down to see if it suffers from the same maladies!
Nice work, and super sharp photos - as always!

Beautiful finished product!
As others have mentioned, Springfield ought be ashamed for letting that TRP out the door.

I have a TRP and while I think its a decent gun (though overpriced for what you actually get), I've never understood why so many people seem to think the TRP is such great gun.
This thread shows that Springfields, other than the Pro perhaps, really aren't of such great quality. The small parts are not of top quality material and the fit and finish is merely adequate. They are adequate guns, but do fall far short of being well-crafted from top-materials.

The clowns in government office see the solution to everything is write more laws, creating the ever-mounting morass of legal handicaps that we citizens must labor under.

Remind me not to get one of those TRPs. Does Springfield make that shoddy of a product or are you just a perfectionist? How much would you charge someone like myself for a job like that? Or conversely how much would the equipment cost to do it? Not that I'd ever feel capable of doing those mods. (repairs?)
