I really like my Glocks but a 1911 feels the most natural in my hand.
Browning/FN Hi-Power fan here. There's just that tough-to-verbalize...something. Kinda' like describing love-at-first-sight, or in this case...first-front-sight.
Man this is so refreshing. I'll have to check back in here in a bit. Have to go do a few things.
All my weapons are made of metal but the few polymer weapons I fired, felt good and shot great.
I prefer all metal handguns.
I don't see plastic guns as collectibles. Sorry.
i prefer polymer for several reasons but would never knock anyone for preferring the other.
a good ol' metal gun can still be used for a good ol' pistol whipping...............a lost art in my opinion.
I have owned a polymer p250 and traded it for an all metal p229. What if I told u I like the p229 better? O have shot numerous polymer and metal guns. I prefer metal because I like the weight and it just feels sturdier. The sound of a metal slide on a metal frame sticks with u. What a beautiful sound.....

I love the feel of steel guns and how they shoot but not the extra weight when carried IWB.
I love an all metal gun, especially in revolver format. That much said, I love poly guns too. In fact I generally love firearms as a whole. It just depends on the gun and mood I suppose. I love the feel of my PPQ over my 1911, I love the feel of my 1911 over my Sig Mosquito, and I'd take my S&W .44 any day over all of them in terms of pure "feels good" tactile feedback.
