Keep them both AND get a G19, lol.

I think whichever way you decide you'll have a fine firearm. I know (& trust) Glocks but never had the G36. I carried a G22 on duty (company gun), bought my own G23 which I replaced the G22 with, bought a G21 & promptly gave my personal Glocks to my son when I retired. This was before CC was legal in WI. Mistake. The Glocks worked flawlessly with any ammo through many rounds.

I like the Glocks for carry purpose but its hard to argue with the larger cap of the XD.

If concealment is an issue, go with the Glock. It sounds as it that's what you really want from your first post. Make the trade.

    Cool.

To be honest i never thought this poll would be so close.

Seems some people wouldn't wanna let go of the high cap 9mm for 6+1...

I know right!? I am just going to get a Glock 19 when they fill the shelves again in a few months. I feel I got the better deal ;-)

I loved the G36....until I owned one, lol. Gun was fine, but didn't fit my hand at all, and was bigger than I had remembered. I tried out a 36 of a friends at the range a few years ago. The 36 was a little large for me to EDC too.

You knew what you wanted. Go ahead and get the other Glock when you can. If you're so inclined, pick up some extra full-capacity magazines if you are able.
