About LinkBacksI had decided to acquire the M&P 45 and 45c recently. In light of the current gun buying frenzy, how difficult do you think it will be to find these two pistols? I will not be surprised if it takes me months to find and purchase them. What say you?

I had decided to acquire the M&P 45 and 45c recently. In light of the current gun buying frenzy, how difficult do you think it will be to find these two pistols? I will not be surprised if it takes me months to find and purchase them. What say you?

I think it would be more productive if you start looking up the avialablity of them on your own. Then you might be able to purchase them right now. That is my opinion LOL

Total depends on how bad you want one and how much work you are willing to put into getting what you want. I got 4 M&P Shields at a time many had never even seem one.

As soon as you have the available funds start calling places and or pounding the pavement to find your new gun. Remember hard work and perseverance pays off.

Got my M&P40c the day I went looking for it

My local gun shops are all a LOT busier and have LESS stock than ever, but when I wanted an M&P40c, I found one (For only $470 out the door). When I wanted to look at a Shield, another store had one of those too. I have yet to not find something I wanted to get my mitts on lately, even ammo.

The guns are out there just like the previous poster said but it's hard to find some models at reasonable prices.

My brother in law looked for three months for his m&p9c. But its harder to find 9mms than anyother caliber in my area. Start lookin and you should come up with a 40 soon.

My LGS has been getting some nice random guns (M&P, Beretta, Sig Sauer) in so it's hard to say what will be available in your area and when. They are out there...just need to be persistent and keep and eye out for them.

My LGS is out of M&Ps except for the Shield. They're also out of Glocks except the G35. For the most part, though, anything that's holds over 10 rounds is gone.
