No.

Disclaimer:
My opinion shouldn't be taken seriously due to the fact that I've been shooting guns for over 30 years and have only recently been active on gun forums, where all the real world knowledge apparently is.
Every time I go out with my camera crew in search of a LEO to star in my next YouTube video. Twin Colts on my hips and an AR 15 on my back. :)
Yes...Taking them one at a time to and from the range would take too long and would be very inefficient so I put them in a range bag and carry them together.
Seriously, sometimes I conceal multiple guns...a Walther PPQ in an IWB MaxTuck from White Hat Holsters and a Sig P938 in a pocket holster from DeSantis as a BUG.

It depends, I am not a fan of an extra magazine, and if there is a possible need for an extra mag I carry a BUG.

Sometimes, a J Frame in a coat pocket when my primary is burried under heavy clothing being the most frequent.
Occasionally I will have the ppk/s in my coat pocket as well as the Sig or Browning on my hip, but that's more of I don't want to leave my PPK/s at home.
It usally stays under the counter at work except when I take it out to the range or home for cleaning.
Have, yes. Though, I don't normally.

...always...my backup may be a J .38, a SP101 snub, or another .45...
Why do you not like to carry an extra magazine? You may need more ammo, or the mag in your gun may malfunction and need replacing.
Also, how do you know when there will or will not be a possible need for an extra mag or a BUG? Personally I am not clairvoyant and am therefore unable to see into the future. If you do have these powers, could you not avoid the confrontation in the first place?
As to the OP, I generally do not carry more than one firearm at a time. I carry an extra mag or speed strip for the one I do carry though...

For daily carry, no.
At the range, I always have a backup.
