    Chopped & Barked M&P

    Got a request for something different & I like it a lot! Chopped ,tree bark texture ,removed beaver tail.

    Interesting. It's weird seeing an M&P without the backstrap. It looks good though, and I like the tree bark texture on the stipple job.

    I like it a lot. Nice job.

    What you have there is the model that Smith & Wesson has been begged to manufacture. M&P 9 with a 4" barrel
    with a shortened grip a.ka. Glock 19 for concealed carry.....and the beaver tail on the full size Service M&P models
    looks stupid to me anyway. The M&P 45 Compact in 9mm version would be a sweet carry gun for sure and looks
    very similar to your custom job without the stipling. Thank God SW left the dreaded beaver tail off this model.

    You did nice work on that, looks good. Out of curiosity, why did the customer want it stippled? The stock M&P texture is pretty rough from the factory.

    That "tree bark" is the nicest looking texturing I have seen on a polymer firearm to date. Beautiful job.
