My Ruger 1911 CMDR ...... I love it! but why does Ruger......

Why did Ruger have to put that BS "read the manual warning" on the frame under the barrel? I know , I know some lawyer hoopla. Other than that I LOVE THIS GUN! I put 120-ish rds. through her today and it was flawless. Very accurate! I plan on new grips and night sights. MAYBE a bobtail later, but not sure yet. I have seen the pics of guns that have it and I really like the look and functionality of a bobtail. My next goal is to get the full size version and pray for an officer length. If you get a chance to buy one, do it!

Nice looking gun. As to your question, job security for the lawyers on Rugers staff.
