And with the Kimber. Nice looking pair, I'd say.

But if it's a 1911, you really need Sparks leather to make it real.

The SSII is really for a Government, but it'll do for glory pictures until I get the right size from the boys in Idaho. Six months.........Will have to live with a tan SSII from Brownells until the order shows up.

I'm so ashamed.....Sorry Joe, sorry Dianne

You will have to update me on how it shoots compared to the Kimber. I have several Kimbers and I want to add a Colt 1911 just have not found the right one yet.

Awfully nice! I like how Colt has stepped up to an aluminum trigger and a modest beavertail, along with a few less-obvious touches. My next 1911 will be an all-steel Commander...

She is beautiful. Colt sure does have a strange selection of grip safety's, it seems like they put something different on each gun.

Awesome! I have the LW XSE. Did that duck butt beaver tail come stock? Mine has the upswept. I prefer that look, but again yours is beautiful.

Mine rides a Sparks VMII, and as you stated, they are a match made in heaven. Way better than all your sigs huh?

Excellent looking guns! And leather to put them in. You sir have excellent taste, expensive, but excellent nonetheless.
I think guns are like insurance. I would rather have it and not need it than need it and not have it.

Very nice indeed! Have a Kiimber that is very close to that. Be curious how you feel the two compare....
