    Glock 29 10MM

I have a chance to get a new Glock 29 for $599.00 so with tax and NIC fees it will be right at $670.00 out the door. Sounds OK but what have you seen them go for?

    Thanks

Definately decent if it's a gen 4 as they all come with 3 mags (if I recall).

Thanks folks. Sounded about right for today's market and I appreciate the replies.

I'm fairly sure that mine came with just two mags. It was $575+tax, in WA, before all the gun shortages occurred.

Shooting it is like holding a 2x4 and having someone hit it with a hammer.

That's a little high. I paid $550 for mine on gunbroker a few years ago. No sales tax and a $25 transfer fee, so around $600 total with shipping.

I paid $560 out the door for my 20SF Gen3 about a month ago in the Clearwater area.

That thing is a BEAST and I smile every time I fire it, granted it's expensive each time you pull the trigger. I'd love to have that as an EDC but the 20 is just too large. I have yet to see a 29SF in the Tampa/St.Pete/Clearwater area for a size comparison. I bought the 20 for use as a "Woods" gun, so it does have a specific use for me.

Thanks to all. I appreciate the input. I can get ammo and have shot a 29 before and have no problem handling it. Not a super deal but sounds fair.

The Generation 4's are supposed to come with 3 magazines. There are some threads over on a certain "Glock" forum where some dealers are ripping customers off by removing the 3rd magazine from the Gen 4's.

Great gun if you can afford the ammo and need that much power! It's a little overkill if your not in the woods though. Since I can't carry(live in CA) I have a large frame glock 35 for HD

That's a reasonable but not cheap price, I'd be OK with that deal. As for ammo, 10mm is never plentiful, at least not in stores, but isn't that hard to find. In fact, I stopped by Academy this afternoon and 10mm was one of the few pistol calibers that actually had in decent quantity on the shelf and no box number limit.

I paid 550 before all this mess started and it came with two mags.

If you don't mind the 3 week delivery, you can get 15 round mags for 30 bucks from the Glockstore.

I carry one every day with two spare mags, all three with +2 extensions... 37 rounds.

I agree that it is fair, especially right now. I am suprised that you even found one.
Do you plan on bringing it home with you????
