New baby in the family!
I've wanted one of these puppies ever since I fired one at my CCW training class many moons ago, and so finally I am the proud owner of a shiny new P226ST! I might take it out to the range later today or Monday, but I have no worries at all about its performance. My only concern is that I think I entered a fugue state while cleaning it last night...I couldn't seem to stop polishing that gleaming slide!

Mine was shiny clean - once!!
It is now close to 2 years constant carry duty and while I keep it adequately cleaned and lubed and lint free - it has dulled quite a lot, and even the serrations require some assiduous cleaning to get some dark lines polished out.
No biggie tho - it ain't on show and has merely to do my bidding, should I ask! Congrat's on yours, - you have a fine weapon there. Consider slamming some CT grips on too perhaps - I find mine great and even better to hold than the std grips, and they are pretty good anyways.

Shiny Sig P226s
Okay, I'll play the game. Mine isn't stainless but rather a 15 year old one that the factory nickel plated. The frame is aluminum. But it still shines up fairly well.

Nice to see all those pics, it's like I'm part of a family or something I've been thinking of doing some sort of laser...not sure if I want to go with the Crimson Trace or a Lasermax, though. I'll have to wait and see how it feels to shoot it with the grips that are on there. The one thing that is a bit depressing is to see the cost of extra magazines That's an investment by itself!

I hate to tell you this but you aren't doing well on the house breaking..... it left little "surprises" all over that blanket .
Na, j/k, nice addition
