You could try the Bullet Trap in Plano off of 75 or go to http://www.galleryofguns.com/ and type in your zip code and check out other local gun shops in your area.

You can also check with Bachman Gun and Pawn in Dallas on Northwest Highway and also give Sportsmans Warehouse in Lewsiville a call.

A guy recently bought one of the new Kel-Tec PF9's at Cheaper Than Dirt in Ft. Worth... (PF-9's are in very short supply so my gut tells me CTD sells alot of Kel-Tec guns.)

If you check out Bullet Trap, make sure you go a mile up the street to Gun Master in Plano as well:

    http://www.gunmasterinc.com

They usually have a Kel-Tec or two in stock, and as a plus, Batman works there.

Just call around, they are popular pistols. I bought mine from SMR Firearms in Hurst Texas, right near North East Mall. 817-285-0883. They usually have quite a few in hand. Good people run that shop.

Sportsmans Wharehouse is a large outdoor sporting goods store. The only one I KNOW of is in Lewisville, just off I-35E by the Vista Ridge Mall (actually across the highway from it). They have beaten every gun price that I have found in the city IF they have the item in stock. I purchased a Kahr TP-9 there for just over $450 (out the door). Its worth the trip.

SMR is very good to deal with I have bought a couple of pistols from them, including a P 11. Another place is Sporting Arms in Lewisville. They don't have a showroom but do keep a lot of guns in stock. They also generally have as good a price as anywhere around. You can find out how to contact them at http://www.sportingarms.com/index.asp,

    Also check with
    Ray's Sporting Goods - Dallas
    DFW Gun Range - Dallas
And I think Cheaper Than Dirt over in Fort Worth stocks them.

Well, I went to the gun show this weekend. Bought a S&W 638 instead of the P-3AT. I just could not get over how small the gun was and the 380 load. I know many here will feel that I am nuts for that, but to each his own. I have not shot the 638 yet, but will carry the G-30 until I get a chance
