It looks like 1937 to me. I see that the guns must be specified, and a Colt .38 was first listed, followed later by a High Standard .22.Originally Posted by QKShooter

not sure exactly, but I think that's also a "D" in the beginning of the word maybe? This is gonna be a game of wheel of fortune! heh.

BTW I was born and raised in Broome cty. and I still work there.
I don't think the current judge gives out unrestricted permits anymore though .
Glad I'm in PA now.

Looks like 1937 to me.

Now that one make me feel old, three at the time. Had to wait a couple of years before I started shooting.
